Returns & Refunds

At myifon we want you to be genuinely happy with your refurbished phone. Every device comes with a 12-month warranty and a straightforward 14-day return policy.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund. Because every phone we sell is refurbished, we don't require it to be "unused" — we ask only that it comes back in the same condition and grade it was sold in, with any original accessories and packaging included.

This applies regardless of reason, in line with your consumer rights under Irish and EU distance-selling regulations.
